AGE

Only people who are 18 years old and above are allowed to order from Clobber Oy Ltd shop.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are procesed in 48 hour from the order and are delivered the next possible working day if we are stoking the product in hand. We are stocking 90% from all products. In the case of a prolonged delivery time, we will inform the client, so that he has the possibility to cancel the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will get order confirmation by email for every order we receive. We suggest you to save this information until your order has arrived.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Pick Up From Shop

The order will held at the store for a pickup in two working days. The payment will be made at the pickup.(only for orders made in Finland)

2. Prepayment

The order is paid in advance to bank account with the details in the delivery information contained in the order confirmation or with details below. After the payment have been reaseaved, the order will proceed for the delivery.

3. Credit card payment

The order is paid in advance from credit card. In this section you will automatically redirected to credit card company payment section, where the paymnet is made if you choose this method of payment. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and American Express. After the payment is made the order will be sent to manufacture.

POSTAGE

The postage is 12.50 € order made in cash on delivery and 7.50 € when ordering in pre payment or credit card payment.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the products is in general done by post. Other delivery methods can be used by agreement. We take responsibility for lost or damaged products during the delivery time. In that case, you have to inform Clobber Oy Ltd. customer service within 14 days. In case the products are damaged during their return, the client himself covers the expenses.

DELIVERIES INSIDE EUROPE

For deliveries in the European countries, the payment methods are only credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and American Express. Please allow 2-3 week delivery period outside of Finland.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROPE

For deliverys outside Eupepean Union we accept only credit card payments thru Verified by Visa secure online check, due to increase fraud on international orders. Please check your ordering possibilty before sending your order to our system.

RETURN RIGHT

You have the right to return the products you ordered within 14 days after receiving the the goods. Always contact the customer service before returning the goods. Products cannot be returned by cash on delivery. Please note! Only products that are damaged/products with errors can be returned.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Clobber Oy Ltd. All unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!

RECLAMATION

We guarantee that the products are intact on delivery. In case there is an error with your order or if you did not receive what you asked for, please contact our customer service.
